wow

i love seeing overwheight people at the gym, with their elliptical set to a higher resistamce than mine, going at it for 50 minutes...its really impressive and motivating and I hope they can become fit healthy and happy.

as far as my own progress, i work out everyday one day for half an hour and the other day for 1 hour. weekends i get a break..i love it i feel great and healthy, and now that the elevators in the library are broken, i dont even get out of breath walking to fourth floor.

im almost at my GW, lost 7 pounds already with really minimal effort, feeeeeels amazing.

cant wait for summer!

it sucks when people you love don't support you because they are uncomfotable with the thought of you wanting to better yourself.

oh well, not gunna let it get me down. i have a lot of support from my family and my friends who see me everyday and know how hard im working.

thank God for those people.

in other news, four pounds gone :) and my cellulite seems to be slowly disappearing, muscles are showing up and i feel great and energized!

addicted to thinspo blogs. not the ana ones, duh. But I'm actually so motivated, I've lost 3 pounds this week just from eating right, cutting daily cals to 1000 and keeping focused.

Finally hit the gym with my girls today, slow start

i burned 350 cals om elliptical, sat in the sauna for 25 minutes wearing a thick hoodie and sweats..shed my life away.

killed it all by eating a bagel as soon as i went home, but i'm still under my calorie goal of 1200/day so not so bad.

just feels so good to get started!

I Feel like I've been battling with weight my whole life, or at least since the age I could tell that I was fat. In highschool I think I must have weighed about 175 pounds, way unhealthy for a 16 year old.

If it wasn't for my dad actually just exploding at me one day just as I was about to put a danish in my mouth I don't want to think about where I would be today.

Since then I've lost the majority of my weight, but I'm still not at my goal weight. It's been about 5 years now. I yo-yo from a low of 128 to a high of 137 (this usually happens when i'm bored, in Greece).

I'm so determined to lose it for real this time, all of it, get fit, get healthy and just love my body.

There are however 4 things I will never give up. Cigarettes, Energy Drinks, Cheese and wine.

I'm lazy, I always have been, without having any prior nutrition knowledge, I understand how to lose weight fast, without excersizing.

Tips
-Drink lemon Juice, It melts everything away. if you squeeze one fresh lemon and drink it with diluted water first thing every morning, you will supercharge your metabolism for the rest of the day

-3 liters of water daily (even for just a week, will detox your body, leave you feeling amazing, energized and skinny)

- sauna, although it only gets rid of water weight, its a great detox for the skin, its relaxing and gets you shedding that one or two pounds extra the night before you need to slip into that kinda too tight dress. also boosts heart rate increasing your metabolism.

- never mix carbs with protein

- a great snack is a small block of cheddar, pair it with either nuts like almonds or cashews or an apple, it will kick up your metabolism

OMG crazy- Just discovered best snack food ever.
If you buy Orville Redenbaucher's Original Gourmet Popping Corn and pop it yourself (all you need is like a tabelspoon of oil), you can have 6 cups of it and the calorie count is only 120 + 100 (for the olive oil)

6 cups is enough to fill you up for dinner, and if you just add a tiny bit of salt, it tastes amazing.
